MS has a KB article on an issue where you try to make modifications, install/enable, uninstall/disable Hyper-V and it freezes. This happens on HP servers where you’ve installed the Network Configuration Utility, i.e. the network teaming tool. Please don’t install this until Hyper-V is installed, e.g. follow this guide from HP. It’s also the step-by-step for enabling NIC teaming on HP servers that are running Hyper-V.
