SBS 2008 has been out for a little while now. That serves up to 75 users with a single server solution.
EBS 2008 has been released and is a three server solution serving up to 300 users:
Note that both are based on Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2007 and SQL 2008. They are x64 only.
