I’m naming names now.\u00a0 I have no care or concern for the guilty.<\/em><\/p>\n

I was promised a call by BT Ireland’s Customer "Care" from\u00a0a manager called "Liz Byrne".\u00a0 That was supposed to take place last Monday.\u00a0 No call was ever received.<\/p>\n

I arrived home on Friday to find that I received a bill from Eircom for a landline and broadand subscription.\u00a0 I never made any contact with them (they’d be the last people I’d use for broadband for price reasons).\u00a0 So, they either goofed up or someone (probably a door-to-door sales agent) committed a fraudulent act.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

I immediately called Eircom.\u00a0 Their systems were "down for maintenance" and no one could help.\u00a0 Maybe I should call back on Monday.<\/p>\n

Enough is enough!\u00a0 I’ve just lodged a formal complaint with ComReg, the telecoms regulator.\u00a0 Eircom had better get my service returned back to BT with no<\/em> service interruptions or else:<\/p>\n
