Today at lunch time, I took up that challenge after donating to the <a href=\"http:\/\/imnda.ie\/get-involved\/donate\/\">the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Here is my challenge \u2026<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uXiVDxRJ1ps\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Should I have warned you that the language was not safe for work?
