They should be restricted to rubber stamping employment contracts.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/microsoft-layoffs-operating-systems-group-chief-myersons-memo-to-the-troops-7000031774\/#ftag=RSS0966a21\">Operating systems group chief Myerson&#8217;s memo to the troops<\/a>: I have no idea why MSFT is cutting testers when testing quality has been dropping.
