Backup Design by Carsten Rachfahl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was at the E2E Virtualisation Conference over the weekend, and had a good time chatting with lots of folks including Ronnie Isherwood (@virtualfat), Jeff Wouters (@JeffWouters), Didier van Hoye (@workinghardinit), and Carsten Rachfahl (@hypervserver).&#160; <\/p>\n<p>Carsten was awarded MVP status in Virtual Machine (like myself) by Microsoft earlier this year.&#160; He\u2019s a big contributor to the German (and English too) speaking community, tweeting, blogging, podcasting, and creating videos.<\/p>\n<p>After my second session on <a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?download=CSVandBackup.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">CSV and backup design<\/a>, Carsten asked if I would be willing to shoot a video interview on the subject.&#160; Absolutely, and it just so happened we had a cool background with the London docklands at sunset \u2013 being an amateur photographer I was willing to shiver a little for nice light <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-bottom-style: none; border-left-style: none; border-top-style: none; border-right-style: none\" class=\"wlEmoticon wlEmoticon-smile\" alt=\"Smile\" src=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/11\/wlEmoticon-smile1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hyper-v-server.de\/videos\/videointerview-with-aidan-finn-about-designing-hyper-v-csv-and-backup\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; He was a busy man; more videos were shot over the weekend with some of the others, and we even did a roundtable video where we talked about our favourite features of Windows 8.&#160; Those videos will be posted in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p><div style=\"padding-bottom: 0px;
