{"id":10269,"date":"2010-01-15T09:12:56","date_gmt":"2010-01-15T09:12:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=10269"},"modified":"2010-01-15T09:12:56","modified_gmt":"2010-01-15T09:12:56","slug":"the-complete-awful-vodafone-ireland-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=10269","title":{"rendered":"The Complete Awful Vodafone Ireland Experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I cannot believe the contempt that your company has for its customers. <\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s some reading for you: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=9893\" target=\"_blank\">Signing up to fixed line broadband and the lying sales person<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=9897\" target=\"_blank\">The lies continue<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=10195\" target=\"_blank\">Vodafone Ireland support sucks<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=10262\" target=\"_blank\">How bad is Vodafone Ireland fixed line home broadband<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aidanfinn.com\/?p=10264\" target=\"_blank\">How unprofessional is Vodafone Ireland<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And let&#8217;s just add to that litany: <\/p>\n<p>Last night I got a nuisance call at 00:15.&#160; This morning I called customer &quot;care&quot; to file a complaint.&#160; The agent, Emmit, didn&#8217;t want to do a thing.&#160; He refused to cooperate.&#160; I was told I could ask for a supervisor call back.&#160; Based on the above experience I know that never happens &#8211; it&#8217;s just a way to get the caller off of the line.&#160; When pushed, Emmit, said that supervisors only call back when they feel like it.&#160; Oh what an admission!!!&#160; I asked to file a formal complaint.&#160; I was told he;d have to put me on hold &quot;while he gets a form&quot;.&#160; Uhuh!&#160; 5 minutes later I&#8217;m still listening to Extreme playing an awful 90&#8217;s song.&#160; How long does it take to load an application on a PC?&#160; What, was he pressing a sheet of paper from pulp or something?&#160; Your company is shocking.&#160; You&#8217;re a shame to this country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I cannot believe the contempt that your company has for its customers.
